Unstuck is an AI executive function coach. It helps with procrastination, overwhelm, decision paralysis, and getting started on tasks by naming what's in the way and suggesting one small next step.

Unstuck does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for any medical or psychiatric condition, including ADHD. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care, and nothing in the app is medical advice. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

You're responsible for the security of your account and for what's done through it. Don't use Unstuck if you're under 13, and use it only for lawful purposes.

What you write stays yours. You give us the limited permission needed to store it, process it through AI providers, and show it back to you so the app can work. Anything you post to the public Wall is intentionally public and anonymous.

Responses are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Use your judgement before acting on a suggestion. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

We may update, pause, or change features. We'll try not to break things you rely on, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

You can stop using Unstuck and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
