Privacy Policy

• Account details. If you sign in, we store your email address and the identifier from your sign-in provider.
• What you write or say. Your brain dumps, sessions, next steps, journal entries, check-ins, and held thoughts are stored so you can come back to them.
• Voice input. If you use the microphone, the audio is sent for transcription and is not retained after the transcript is returned. Only the transcript is saved.
• Basic product analytics. Anonymous counts of things like "a session was started" so we can tell whether the app is working. No advertising trackers.

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't run advertising networks or ad tracking in the app.
• We don't use your private entries to train our own models.
• We don't share your content with other users. The public Wall only shows what you explicitly choose to post.

Unstuck uses a small number of service providers to run the app: a hosting and database provider that stores your account and sessions, and AI model providers that generate coaching responses from the text you send. Text you submit is transmitted to those AI providers to produce a response and is not used by us for model training.

The demo on the home page works without signing in. Those responses aren't attached to an account and aren't stored in your history.

Your sessions stay until you delete them or delete your account. You can export your history at any time from the app. To delete your account and everything in it, email the address below and we'll remove it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll action it.

Unstuck is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Unstuck is a coaching tool, not a healthcare service. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA and the app is not a medical record. Please don't enter information you wouldn't be comfortable storing in a normal consumer app.
